A. Purpose

This study explores how people interpret a stress assessment and its explanations. The goal is to understand what makes results feel clear, trustworthy, and actionable so we can improve decision-support tools for well-being.

B. Procedures

If you choose to participate, you will complete a short assessment about your demographics, work, sleep, and lifestyle. The system will generate a stress result, and you may view additional explanations and a personalized plan. You may also be invited to complete a brief feedback survey.

The order of screens is fixed. The optional survey appears after you view your plan.

C. Risks and Benefits

This research is not intended to provide medical advice or diagnosis. You may encounter questions that feel personal; you can skip any item or stop at any time. There may be no direct benefit to you, but your participation helps improve how such tools communicate results.

Your responses will be used to generate results and may be logged for research or quality improvement. We will store data using participant IDs rather than names and will not publish any information that can identify you.
